Day 1: Careers (Following Your Interests and Figuring Out Your Purpose)
Day 2: Credibility (Finding a Job and Getting Hired: Cover Letters, Resumes, Practice Interviews)
Day 3: Culture and Collaboration (Building Leadership and Teamwork Skills)
Day 4: Connections (Advancing in Your Career, Meeting Mentors, Employer Engagement Exhibit)
The Mentor role
As a team mentor, you spend four days leading and coaching a team of students within a specific industry track. You will engage in interactive professional development activities, workshops and competitions—alongside students.

Training and materials leading up to the event.
Room, board and parking on campus for four days and three nights. All meals are covered.
As part of The Career Summit experience, volunteers stay overnight on campus at University of Oregon. Mentors check into dorms at UO in the evening on Wednesday, July 23, and check out in the afternoon on Sunday, July 27. UPLIFT Leadership will provide check-in instructions and a packing list prior to the program.
