If you’re a teacher, counselor, educator or community leader who serves youth, consider UPLIFT Leadership your resource. We work with young people—ages 16 to 26 years old—who are in high school, college or still deciding what to do next.

UPLIFT Leadership aims to improve access to education, employment and economic outcomes. We want young people to succeed when they enter the workforce. Our focus is delivering career pathways education, introducing industries, exploring education and training options, and building job readiness skills.

Some schools have career departments and student support services for professional development. Some don’t. UPLIFT Leadership is the perfect complement or supplement to your programming.

We are adept at helping students who don’t know what they want to do yet… For those who know what they want, we can validate existing plans or goals.

How can we work together?

• We offer free workshops and presentations for schools and organizations that serve students.

• We offer a four-day experiential education program called The Career Summit. We have scholarships available to support students who identify as in need or low-income.

• Beyond our original programming, we support other organizations that help young people. We are glad to serve at career fairs and other events centered on professional development or college-career readiness. If we can act as a partner, exhibitor or volunteer, we welcome the opportunity to get involved.
