Day 2: Credibility (Getting the Job: Cover Letters, Resumes, Practice Interviews)
Day 3: Culture and Collaboration (Building Leadership and Teamwork Skills)
Day 4: Connections (Finding Mentors, Live Engagement Exhibit)
team mentor - July 27-31, 2026

As a team mentor, you spend four days coaching a team of students within a specific industry track.

As a volunteer, your dorm and meals will be covered during your stay. UPLIFT Leadership will provide training and materials leading up to The Career Summit.
coach or interviewer - July 29

As a coach or practice interviewer, you spend a few hours working with students assisting with professional development support.

There are multiple opportunities to engage at The Career Summit. We offer workshops on resumes, cover letters, interviews and more professional development topics.
Exhibitor or employer - July 31

At the end of The Career Summit, we focus on connections. We invite employers and organizations that serve young people to share resources and jobs with students.

During our live engagement exhibit, employers and organizations can share opportunities with students and make direct connections. We ask exhibitors to come prepared with engaging, hands-on booth activities for students.
